Returns and refunds

The return time for items ordered from 1 to 22 December 2023 has been extended until 19 January 2024.

If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. Shipment

Order by December 16 with free Standard shipping or by December 19 with Express shipping to receive your gifts in time for Christmas.

Available shipping methods:

Standard (4-5 working days): €5, free to registered TWINSET For You shoppers or with orders over €200
Express (2-3 working days): €15
