Returns and refunds

You have until 6 January to return items ordered from 2 to 18 December.

If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Shipment

RECEIVE YOUR GIFTS IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS:
Order by December 17 with Standard shipping or by December 19 with Express shipping.

Available shipping methods:

Standard (4-5 working days): €8, free for TWINSET For You registered customers*, as per your loyalty status, and on orders over €250.
*Restrictions apply
Express (2-3 working days): €15

If you choose the Express delivery you will not be able to pay by bank transfer. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in the section “Check my order” clicking on "Follow the order". If you place your order as a registered customer, you will find all the information you need by entering your Account.
