Returns and refunds

If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Shipment

Free standard shipping from 29 April until 12 May.

Available shipping methods:

Standard (4-5 working days): € 5, free to registered TWINSET For You shoppers or with orders over € 200

Express (2-3 working days): € 15
