If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Available shipping methods:

• Standard: €7, free to registered TWINSET For You shoppers or with orders over €170 (5-6 working days)
• Express: € 30 (2-3 working days)

Remember: all address fields must be filled using Latin characters. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in the section “Check my order” clicking on "Follow the order". If you place your order as a registered customer, you will find all the information you need by entering your account.
