Returns and refunds
If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Standard: €9, free for TWINSET For You* registered customers, as per your loyalty status, and on orders over €250 (5-6 working days)
