Returns and refunds

The return time for items ordered from 1 to 22 December 2023 has been extended until 19 January 2024.

If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Shipment

Order by December 16 with free Standard shipping or by December 19 with Express shipping to receive your gifts in time for Christmas.

Available shipping methods:

Standard (4-5 working days): €5, free to registered TWINSET For You shoppers or with orders over €200
Express (2-3 working days): €15

If you choose the Express delivery you will not be able to pay by bank transfer. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in the section “Check my order” clicking on "Follow the order".
