If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Available shipping methods:

• Standard (5-6 working days): €8 (free with orders over €220)
• Express (2-3 working days): €15

If you choose the Express delivery you will not be able to pay by bank transfer. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in the section “Check my order” clicking on "Follow the order". If you place your order as a registered customer, you will find all the information you need by entering your My TWINSET account.
