Returns and refunds

If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. Free standard shipping from 23 April until 5 May.

Available shipping methods:

Standard: € 5, free to registered TWINSET For You shoppers or with orders over €150 (4-5 working days)

Express: € 15 (2-3 working days)
