For the Black Week, the return time for items ordered from 26/11 to 01/12 has been extended until 28 December 2025.

If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Free standard shipping on all orders until 1st December.

Available shipping methods:

Standard (4-5 working days) : € 8, free for TWINSET For You registered customers*, as per your loyalty status, and on orders over €220.

Express: € 15 (2-3 working days)
