If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will follow, depending on the area, one of the following procedures:

• they will deposit near your buzzer or mailbox an attempted delivery note, containing useful references to book a new delivery;
• they will deposit your order at an authorized collection centre: also in this particular case, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery with the references of the shipment; at that point, you can connect to the courier site to verify the address, the opening hours of the collection point where you can collect your order and the date by which you can make the withdrawal. After the scheduled period your parcel will be returned to us, and the order will be treated as a return.

We advise you to monitor the status of your shipment frequently: in case of your absence, you may not immediately notice the attempted delivery note or, for various reasons, the courier may not be able to identify the address of reference.

For the delivery of your order, you can choose to be delivered to an UPS Access Point.

This service is designed specifically for those who cannot receive the goods at home, or for those who cannot receive personal mail at the workplace.

The UPS Access Points are shops open to the public (such as newsagents, supermarkets and corner stores) where you can pick up your orders when convenient: often they are even open during the weekend or in the evening hours.

Remember: you won't receive any notification upon delivery; we therefore recommend you use the tracking number you've received via e-mail to be informed about the delivery date of your order.

To collect your order, you will need to show proof of identity.

The Access Point will store your order for a limited period of time (usually 5 working days): orders not collected by the scheduled date will be returned and considered as returns.

Once you’ve confirmed the order by selecting cash-on-delivery as a form of payment, you cannot choose for the order to be delivered in a Boutique.

To collect your order, you have 14 working days available: orders not collected by the scheduled date will be returned and considered as returns.

To collect your order, you will need to show proof of identity and a copy of the email confirming the confirmation of your order. If you cannot withdraw the order in person, your delegate must present:

• a valid copy of your ID
• the delegate’s valid identity document
• a copy of the order confirmation e-mail
• a signed letter of delegation.
