The first instalment will be charged at the time of your order. The next 2 payments will be taken on a monthly basis.

• First instalment: at the time of purchase
• Second instalment: 1 month from the day of purchase
• Third and final instalment: 2 months from the day of purchase.

Scalapay will send you an SMS and email reminder a few days before the next payment is due.

If one or more scheduled payments are not received correctly by their due date, you will be charged a fee for late payment. If you did not pay in advance of the scheduled date and the automated payment is not successful, you will be given 24 hours to complete the payment. If payment is still not completed, Scalapay will charge a late fee as detailed below:

• Payments completed as scheduled = no additional fee!
• Payments completed over 1 day late = up to €6 additional fee
• Payments completed over 1 week late = a further €6 fee (in addition to the first fee, up to €12 per payment).

The total fee amount will never exceed 15% of the borrowed sum (second and third instalment).

In order to use Scalapay, you need to link a payment method to your account. Payments will be automatically debited on your predefined payment method.

Scalapay accepts all the main debit and credit card issued by VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Bancomat or Maestro cards, however, are not accepted.
