If a product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The returned product can be refunded if you return it in the same condition in which you received it. Returning your item is quick and easy, thanks to the return label included in your parcel.

Remember: all address fields must be filled using Latin characters. The total amount does not include any taxes and customs fees: UPS will send you an e-mail before delivery, to inform you about the costs to be incurred and to inform you about the payment methods provided. For customs formalities, UPS can ask your data and documents additionally. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in the section “Check my order” clicking on "Follow the order".
