RETURNS AND REFUNDS
CHRISTMAS TIMES: RETURNS PROCEDURE
Bear in mind that the last available date for the UPS courier is 15/12.
You can complete the returns procedure on our website (we have extended the time-limit for initiating the returns procedure – regarding all orders placed between 10th and 31st of December – to 30 days).
Do not post goods for return between 15/12 and 01/01 inclusive.

You can return the goods free of charge within 14 days from date of delivery.
Pursuant to article 67 of the Consumer Code, it is understood that product integrity is an essential condition for the right of withdrawal: therefore articles used and/or deteriorated as a result of normal use shall not be refunded.
Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order.
The right to withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the client and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
Access your profile, enter Order summary, click on Details and select Returns.
Then, specify the items to be returned by selecting the amount you want to return and the reason for the return. Finally click on Confirm.
At this point you just have to contact the UPS courier (for telephone contacts see below) to book pickup by notifying the Account code written on the label (see label the first 6 numbers and letters after 1Z
) that we sent with your order, inside the package.
The procedure has been completed: now, all you have to do is applying the prepaid label over the original one, wait for the Courier to come by and make sure that the item to be returned is shipped with the new shipment number as set forth on the label that you have applied.
Alternatively, you can decide to send the return article (still using the prepaid return delivery label) through the pickup and transport service (access the UPS website and then "search for transport centers").
If you need to make a return because of Twin Set - Simona Barbieri S.p.A. fault (wrong size, color does not comply etc ...) simply forward an e-mail to email@example.com
indicating order number / receipt number / articles that you want to return and briefly state your request.
We do not offer the service of Exchanges.
However, you can return an item (for a refund) and make a new order.
It is not necessary to wait for the refund to make a new order.
Remember that articles must be returned undamaged and in the same condition in which they were received, along with the tags showing the barcode and every other seal that arrived with the product
